As an Assistant Manager of Event Planning in the Sales & Marketing Department of the luxury hotel series: Andaz Tokyo, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Arranging and coordinating various corporate events/general banquets, personal receptions, and weddings after contract signing by the sales team. - Meeting with clients and coordinating arrangements with internal stakeholders and external partner companies. - Preparing for the day of execution (arranging and creating various items, etc.). - Overall accounting and reporting for banquets (including weddings). - General administrative tasks. - Supporting the Event Planning Manager.

Experience as an event coordinator in hotels or travel industry is required.
Experience in banquet reservations or group accommodation coordination in hotels is preferred.
Experience with BV systems (banquet reservation systems) and Opera is preferred.
Experience in the same position at a luxury hotel is preferred.
Experience as an event coordinator in other industries is preferred.
